AM
How the 282 parts get made — alloy, HIP + heat treat, TE, powder escape, coupon, oxidation. Paper, not hardware.
Hardware is paper: no PO, no spin, no Sy. Hardware 4 (282 AM Sy at 650 C) stays OPEN — a blank is not a cert. 550/650 °C sCO2 mass gain: MISSING — not filled here.

Velo3D Haynes 282 |
| Case / cover |
17-4 bar, not Velo, not 282 prints. On CAD. |
| Catcher |
Two-piece 17-4/steel bar clamp — T1_CATCHER_CLAMP, Ø22×4 at Z=72–76, fitted after the shaft. Not a 282 print, not integral to the rotor. Rotor print 0.123 kg (was 0.148 with the integral disk). |
Velo3D here is the print-process spec on paper; nothing has been sent to Velo.
Shaft
| Item |
Value |
| Recut |
Ø14 midspan → Ø12 through-path is a post-HIP machine land, not a Velo resend. cad/quote is not recut; the quote STEPs are not recopied. Quote pack stays Z=72 / 0.55, no catcher. |
HIP + heat treat
| Item |
Value |
| HIP + HT |
HIP 1175 °C / 150 MPa / 4 h / rapid cool → vac 1135 °C / 30 min → 1010 °C / 2 h + 788 °C / 8 h. 150 MPa is literature fill (Deshpande), not Velo-published. |
TE

Value |
| Print / finish |
0.55 / 0.40 |
| AFM |
No AFM on TEs. Unconstrained AFM TE removal 0.29 mm is the reason, not a spec. |
This is the AM print/finish spec. The v2 stator fact table keeps TE 0.35. The quote pack keeps Z=72 / 0.55. Those locks are not edited here.
